Gypsy will only accept exchanges on regular priced swimwear for a different size or if there was any type of quality defect within 7 days of receiving your order. No returns/refunds are accepted, exchanges only. Sale and discounted items are not exchangeable. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and unused with all original tags attached and original receipt enclosed.
Shipping/handling charges on exchanges are non-refundable. Exchanges for any reason other than a quality defect, will incur a return shipping charge for the newly exchanged item.
To make an exchange, please first email gypsy@madebygypsy.com to receive an exchange authorization number. Merchandise must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving this exchange authorization number. Upon receiving your email, Gypsy will email you an exchange form. Please complete & print this exchange form and include the form as well as your receipt in the original shipping package. We are not responsible for lost exchange shipments & highly suggest that you send the exchange with a tracking number or delivery confirmation. Once the exchanged item is received, we will inspect the merchandise to confirm that it is in the original, new condition as it was sent to you. Then you will receive a confirmation email with a bill for the shipping cost and your new exchanged item will be shipped out to you.
